It’s time.
I’m formally announcing the “For Sale” of the BrewFarm. While it had been for sale in the past, and life changes had me maintaining all things BrewFarm for the past two+ years, the sale is now my primary focus.
Opportunity, as they say, is knocking.
Having learned from past attempts at selling, there are two possible scenarios: one is selling the BrewFarm as a turn-key brewery asset sale - all the pieces are in place for someone to step right in and hit the ground brewing immediately (once fully licensed, that is…).
In order for that to happen, the buyer(s) MUST have the “Two C’s”: Cash and Competence! Owning and operating a successful brewery is neither inexpensive nor for the faint-of-heart. Turns out “Living the Dream” is a helluva lotta work! If done well, the rewards are truly plentiful.
The other scenario is I selloff the brewing equipment, and sell the BrewFarm as a food production-ready hobby farm (with very little modifications, the brewery can become FDA-Approved for all manners of commercial food production). Frankly, the potentials of the BrewFarm are only limited by your imagination (and let’s be honest - time and money…).
